Our Story: From a small site to the global reference 🌍 for sending anonymous SMS

Here Antoine 👋, founder of the site Anonymous SMS.

If you're here, it's probably for the same reason I was back then: to send an online message on the web, in a totally anonymous way.

And I faced the same obstacles as you… Impossible to find a reliable solution ❌.

I just wanted to send a discreet text message, without revealing my personal number. But I was confronted with harsh reality: no product offered such a solution properly.

I made it my mission to address this need, so that once again, we could have the freedom to express ourselves discreetly without it being a daunting task.

🤔 The realization: How to find a reliable solution?

At that time, I remember circling through the existing solutions online and I was very disappointed...

There were only sites with questionable interfaces, filled with ads, scams, and worst of all, the little trust they inspired in me. For them, privacy did not seem to be an important issue.

All those sites were (and still are) unstable, even messages didn't arrive... 📉 I couldn’t imagine entrusting them with a important message, no way!

There was a lack of a serious, clean, and professional anonymous SMS sending service on the market.

💻 The solution from a passionate developer

As luck would have it, being a developer and having a lot of free time at that moment, I thought: "What if I could solve the problem?" 💡

If the ideal solution didn’t exist, I had to create it. I decided to tackle the problem head-on with a clear mission: to develop the platform I wish I had found that day.

⏳ Two years of research and development

When I embarked on this, I naively thought it would be a project of a few weeks, but it turned into a two-year technical odyssey! Building a reliable anonymous SMS sending system turned out to be a complex challenge. I had to:

🔐 Secure the encryption protocols to ensure total anonymity for our users.
📡 Negotiate with global telecom operators to ensure maximum message deliverability.
⚡ Optimize the interface to make it as simple and quick to use as possible.

Two whole years of hard work were needed, countless liters of coffee, sleepless nights debugging, to finally arrive at a reliable and robust solution.

🌐 Today: A team and a product present in 64 countries.

Today, I am no longer alone, I am surrounded by a great team 🤝 that works daily to make our product as useful as possible for you, dear users.

Together, we have worked this year 2025 to make the service available internationally by deploying it to more than 64 countries!
